    Staffing Recruiter

     

    The Staffing Recruiter is primarily tasked with assisting the Lead Cyber Security Recruiter with the achievement of managing and attracting talent (candidates) to Valen Solutions’ staffing and recruiting team to place in positions with clients. The recruiter is responsible for gaining a professional relationship and prescreening talent/candidates in our Cyber-Security market, finding the best-fit position for the candidate by utilizing job board databases, and searching for talent/candidates daily, using LinkedIn, Indeed, any job boards that have engineers, architects, and Chief Information Security Officers focusing on specific details pertaining to cybersecurity. Once finding these roles, it is the recruiter’s duty to connect with them via email, phone calls, and social networking platforms.

     

    The recruiter must initiate contact by introducing themselves, the company (Valen), and providing information on where they were discovered.  

     

    As a Staffing Recruiter your job is to help our clients fill specific high-priority positions, staffing recruiters post job listings, find and reach out to qualified candidates, and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

     

    Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

     

    Compensation:

    • Commission: We offer a competitive commission with multiple opportunities for career growth. Employees are eligible for commission on day one of their employment. 

    • Bonuses: Effective upon satisfactory completion of the first 90 days of employment and based upon the goals and objectives you may be eligible for a bonus. Bonuses are distributed quarterly on the last day of each month and are accumulated each month. 

     

    Accountability:

    Reporting directly to the Lead Cyber Security Recruiter, responsible for the personal recruiting performance, customer satisfaction results, and overall company growth.

     

    Work Location:

    • Fully Remote

    Responsibilities include:

     

    • Weekly recruiter meetings, training sessions, etc.

    • Scheduling calls with candidates and senior staff

    • Identifying new potential candidates

    • Finding events to attend to generate leads

    • Attend networking and recruiting events to generate business

    • Track progress

    • Meet recruitment goals

     

    Requirements/Qualifications:

     

    • Researching and/or reviewing each position that Valen Solutions has for an open position in the database.

    • Posting job descriptions to various job boards, social media, etc.

    • Locate at least 30 candidates per day, acquire them, build a relationship with them, maintain communication with them.

    • Add candidates to ATS with resumes and contact information, including tags as necessary for alerts to certifications.

    • Add any updated information to the ATS as needed

    • Arrange screenings/interviews with the candidate to gather info about them, what they are seeking regarding a position and tell them more about what Valen does.

    • Converse with Sourcer and give support if needed to acquire candidates.

    Cyber Security Sourcer

     

    The Cyber Security Sourcer is primarily tasked with assisting the Lead Cyber Security Sourcer with the achievement of leading, planning, and designing all projects pertaining to the candidate/client acquisition process to Valen Solutions’ staffing and recruiting team. The Sourcer is responsible for building professional relationships, searching with Boolean skills, and pipelining candidates in our Cyber-Security market that are hard to find. The Sourcer must utilize and join internet and in-person groups geared towards candidates that fit the roles of Chief Information Security Officers, Architects, and Engineers with skills. The Sourcer must also attend networking events to acquire candidates and gain business with clients through conversation. The Sourcer must be able to present the “perfect” or “best fit” candidate on a need basis when there is an urgent need to fill a position for a job order.

    • Receive instructions from management, recruiting team, or Business Development and review company data as well as (JDs) Job Descriptions. 

    • Search websites/groups to seek candidates and clientele e.g. LinkedIn, social media platforms, job boards.

    • Find candidates and candidate resumes and add to the ATS.

    • Attend networking events 2-3 times a month.

    • Call, email and Pre-Screen the candidates, gather information and tag and/or put the candidates in pipelines within the ATS.

    Account Manager

     

    The Account Manager is primarily tasked with assisting the President of Business Operations with the achievement of sales goals and objectives. The Account Manager builds, leads, and must be passionate about maximizing the market’s potential, delivering sales, and generating revenue for the business. The Account Manager lives the vision, values and inspires the same in the sales. The Account Manager is also responsible for identifying and attracting potential clients and building an initial trust with potential clients. It’s the Account Manager’s job to ensure all clients are getting the candidate results they’re looking for.
